Download our 2 page Camper Application Form by clicking here.Step #2 - Complete Application
Fill out Camper Application Form Completely. All pages must be filled out and signed for your application to be considered complete.Full Payment must also be submitted with your application to enroll. At this time, we can only reserve your spot by cash or check. To arrange a cash drop off please call us at 732 599 2700.

Step #3: - Mail Application and Payment
Mail In Your Signed and Completed Application with Payment Check to our home office.

Surf and Ocean Camp Refund Policy:
Our Camps operate rain or shine. Camp Days canceled because of Lightning or Beach Evacuation can be made up on following weeks, but you must call at least 24 hours ahead to confirm availability.Note - Some of the best surf conditions are during rain showers, but we evacuate the beach at the first reports of lightning and parents are contacted to pick campers up.
